The Northeastern volleyball team had an eventful homestand, dropping a match, but winning the next two for their first home wins of the season.
The Huskies faced off against Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) opponent Delaware Wednesday. Delaware was undefeated going into the match at 11-0 (2-0 CAA) and kept it that way with a 3-1 win (21-30, 32-30, 19-30, 20-30).
After losing game one, the Huskies looked poised to make it a closer match by taking the Blue Hens to extra points in game two. But Delaware put together a 9-0 run in game three and an 11-0 run in game four to take the match.
