SGA addresses student office relocation at senate The emergency relocation of student group offices was the Student Government Association’s (SGA) primary focus at the Senate meeting last week. Vice President for Student Affairs Susan Dye fielded a number of fiery questions, and Senator Andrew Alperin dominated much of the discussion. “My major concern was as to why this was happening so quickly,” Alperin said. “Unfortunately this was all very poorly planned.” Representatives from the 13 affected student groups were scheduled to meet Tuesday with members of the university administration to discuss the issue. “If I feel my support is needed [at Tuesday’s meeting], I will definitely attend,” Alperin said. Several representatives from the student groups were also present at the SGA meeting to voice their opinions on the potential office change.
