Audiences left last year’s Jimmy Eat World/Guster show in droves halfway through and, predictably, their ticket purchasing system didn’t function correctly. But this year was different.

watch And when it came time to purchase tickets for the big show, surprise! The ticketing system worked. Tickets sold out within an hour, without a hitch. The show? No major complaints.
